Deposit: To confirm your reservation, Homer Guest Cottage requires 1/3 deposit within 7 days of the date
reservation is made, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as personal checks and cash.
Cancellation: If needing to cancel, please do so at least 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a full
refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be refunded based on re-rental of the cottage.

All prices are quoted per night, based on occupancy
of up to five persons. A charge of $25 per night
for each additional guest applies. All rates are
subject to a 7.5% sales tax.
